The Studio MX provides Pilates and fitness-related services, which may include:

Class Booking

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before class start time.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the session credit and/or a late cancellation fee (if applicable).

Studio Cancellations

Packages & Memberships

• Session packages and memberships are non-transferable unless approved by the Studio.
• Expiration dates apply where specified at purchase.

• All purchases are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds, extensions, or credits may be granted at the Studio's sole discretion in cases such as medical emergencies (documentation may be required), studio cancellations or operational issues, or legal requirements under applicable consumer law.

Promotional offers, intro packages, and discounted memberships are typically non-refundable.

To maintain a safe and respectful environment:

• Arrive on time for sessions
• Follow instructor guidance at all times
• Treat staff, instructors, and other clients respectfully
• Use equipment only as instructed

The Studio MX reserves the right to refuse service or terminate participation for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks.
• The Studio MX shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, except where caused by proven negligence.

You assume responsibility for your personal belongings while at the studio.

You agree not to:
